What a fantastic giveaway! I will have a first grader next year and it would simply be a dream to have all these books ready for her. Since our family is on such a strict budget, I often have to rely on borrowing books from other families, using free printables online, or telling my older ones they CAN NOT write in their “consumable” books because I will need it for the next child. I will continue to hope. πŸ™‚

We stumbled across The Ordinary Parent’s Guide to Teaching Reading last year and have fallen in love with it! We were looking for a way to provide early reading instruction to our oldest daughter while caring for twin infants. Never in our wildest dreams would my husband and I have considered homeschooling, but the desire to have more time with our oldest while keeping the twins from exposure to RSV and the like prompted us to give it a try. This guide has been our test case to see if it would be possible for us to actually teach at home. Wow! It has been incredibly easy to use and has been incredibly effective. Now we have the proof that we can do this and intend to do first grade next year. Winning this give away would be a fantastic gift!!
