My recommendations this week:
We used this chart years ago to make a visual schedule when the kids were younger. Imagine my surprise when Jonathan (now 10) dug it out last week & started using it! The included strips are a bit “schooly” so we always turned them over and wrote on the blank side.
This book represented a paradigm shift for me in how I approach our homeschooling. When I glance at the title on the shelf (without even opening the pages) I’m reminded to reflect on how and why I’m doing what I’m doing in our home & with my little people.
Have you tried out Little Passports yet? They sent us to Argentina this week and the kids loved excavating the dinosaur fossil souvenir that was included. We’ve enjoyed this fun way to learn about the world & “travel” to a new country each month via our mailbox!
