Wishing You and Yours a Merry Christmas

December 23, 2011 //  by Jamie C. Martin

Written by Jamie Martin, editor of Simple Homeschool and founder of Steady Mom

Recent weeks in our home have been filled with

a lot of creating

a little math (of the edible sort)

a lot of reading

and a lot of anticipation. Now it’s finally here!

From my family to yours come wishes for a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year.

Enjoy your weekend!

Lifts Earth to Heaven, stoops Heaven to Earth.” ~ Richard Crashaw

You’re so welcome, Sarah! And two of my children have pretty much been living in their Sarah’s Silks crowns for the past two days. 😉

      Have a wonderful holiday!

I’ve set my resolutions for next year. In a nutshell I need to chill out. This week and next we are doing reviews and reading. I’m tempted to ban any new material for at least a month.

I love this time of year for schooling. I found a bunch of homemade gift ideas on my blog hopping and we were able to make our friends some lovely homemade trinkets! They enjoyed watching them open up their gifts and tell them how they made them!
