Giveaway: $320 geography package from Pin It! Maps

//  by Jamie C. Martin

Pin It! Maps

This giveaway has ended; thanks for your interest!

A note from Jamie: I’m such a huge fan of these hands-on maps! I’ve taken to leaving one on our coffee table with the needed pins stuck in the corner of the map. Whenever I pass by later in the day, one of the kids has put the pins in the right places. It’s part of my covert learning operations plan! 😉

Welcome to this week’s giveaway–sponsored by Pin It! Maps.

From Sara of Pin It! Maps:

“Excite your children with hands-on geography fun!

Pin It! Maps are large hands-on pin maps with colorful name and national flags. The Ultimate Bundle of Pin It Maps includes 12 pin maps, 41 control maps, and 1,752 flags.

Children will learn by pinning locations on the pin map, looking at the labeled maps and then putting the labeled map away (it can be used to check work.)

Students can work at their own pace with these. It’s a fun, hands-on activity; kids love it and adults love it because children can work independently.

In the past Pin It Maps have been limited to Montessori schools because of their high cost. This is an affordable set for homeschoolers.”

“Pin It Maps are high quality and children will use them throughout their school career.

The labeled maps are easy to read and students will enjoy geography and learning about the world around them. With the USA and US history sets now available, you can teach your children world geography and US geography in a fun, exciting way.”

    I have heard such great things about these maps. My children are 6,4,2. I love learning out on nature. My children are small but I am always amazed at how excited they are when they see a bird we haven’5 identified or they find more acorns. It keeps the wonder in all of us.

    My kids are 9, 7 and 2. I have never heard of these maps before, but they look wonderful! We love learning about Europe together. We have been going country by country and learning about the people and cultures of that country. It has been so much fun!

    I would love to purchase these maps for my family because I know we would get so much use out of them- but I can’t afford them right now. Raising kids aged: 16, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 6, 5, 3, 2 and 6 months. We are using Give Your Child the World in our geography/culture studies, and these maps would be the perfect addition as we study each continent!

    My kids are K-level, and right now we are learning all about Asia and loving it! We are reading The Story About Ping, Little Babaji, Hi, Koo!, The Empty Pot, and Tikki-Tikki-Tembo. My only regret is that I have no maps right now to make these abstract places concrete!
