Welcome to today’s giveaway, sponsored by A Thomas Jefferson Education (also known as TJEd)–the educational philosophy that has revolutionized my own family’s homeschool.
From Rachel DeMille of TJEd:
“TJEd” or “Leadership Education” is a philosophy and methodology that supports personalizing education for each child’s age, gifts and learning style.
Its focus on the 7 Keys of Great Teaching and the Phases of Learning really reduce stress and magnify inspiration.
One of the tools we provide is This Week in History–a daily resource that brings your homeschool or classroom to life!”
With a subscription to This Week in History, each day’s resources are an adventure in math, science, language skills, geography, current events, the arts and so on – all tied to events in history.
For just $9.99 per month, you have the world of learning available to help you lead and inspire your students to explore, learn and excel!”
“The content is searchable by date, topic and key word, and the whole year’s archive can be accessed by subscribers at any time.

Rosemarie’s latest post: fun in the sun with daddy
My kids are 6, 4, and 2 and I’m very interested in this because I’ve wanted to explore TJ education and I think it would be a good fit for our homeschool. Plus, we love history.
My 5 boys are 12, 10, 8, 6, and 2.
TJed has always interested me. I would love to actually get my hands on some of the curriculum so that I can use it with my kids.
I have children ages 2, 5 and 7. I have read Thomas Jefferson education as well as Leadership education: the phases of learning, which I’m reading and loving right now. Any more support in the tjed direction would be great for us!
My son is 12 years old, has PDD and I like the idea of having it all in one bundle so I can stay organized, keep him on a schedule because he needs that..this would help me greatly to keep him on track….blessings
My kids are 10 and 8. I love this package and have wanted it for a while. I want all the books on their website :-), but the budget does not allow for it. I love reading about different methods to help my kids love to learn and also become leaders who think for themselves. It’s the implementation of all the ideas I have read that is the trouble.
My daughters are six, four, and four months. My husband read “A Thomas Jefferson Education” before we had children, and thrust it into my hands saying “YOU HAVE TO READ THIS!” I did, and continue to go back to it. I would be most interested in the Simple Homeschool Bundle. It would help me implement it in our home. Thanks so much for the chance!

My kids are 9 and 4. I have always been interested in trying Thomas Jefferson Education materials. This would be a wonderful start! Thanks!
I just liked Thomas Jefferson Education and already had liked Simple Homeschool. Thanks!!
My children are 11, 7, and 1. My family and I LOVE the teachings of the DeMilles. We’ve heard Oliver speak, live, a number of times on subjects such as freedom, being a world-changer, finding the genius in everyone, and education. You could say it was where we got inspired for the very first time to look into the idea of homeschooling! (The TJed facebook group is actually how I discovered this website!) Needless to say, we think this package would be so cool to have. (And, I’ve already liked the Simple Homeschool and TJed pages for FOR-E-VER now.) 😉
Amy’s latest post: Because sometimes we have to break their hearts.
My kids are 23, 7, 5, 2 and 1. Love Simple Homeschool and am so blessed to have discovered TJEd recently! Began with Student Whisperer, which led me to purchase the Homeschool Bundle and I’m currently in The Phases of Learning. Loving it all! I’d be blessed much to have the ideas and resources of the Week in History subscription. 🙂
My kids are 11,9,7and 3. I would love this package and would love to read up on TJed.
My child is 12 & I would love the opportunity to use this package !!
I have 7 kids from 1 to 21. TJed looks like a great way to foster indepence. And sounds like it would work well with our homeschool philosophy. Thanks for the giveaway!
I have two kids who are 4 and 6. I’ve been curious about TJed for a long time and this package would be a spectacular opportunity to learn!
My kids are 7 & 4. We would love this weeks in history and the mentoring in the classics. I have a few TJed books and their philosophy makes sense to me and my family. We love our journey so far and are so excited to continue!
Clicked. Liked. Wished for. Longed about. Drooled over. Pondered…then loved!
We are blessed with four children: ages 8, 10, 12, &15. TJed looks like a wonderful way to incorporate learning to be a leader into our homeschool, not to mention fostering independence. Thank you for the opportunity to win.
The Homeschool & Father’s Bundles would be a blessing to the education of our elementary age child.
My daughter is only 3, but it looks like option 2 could be great for preparing as she gets older!
I would love to win option 2. 🙂
I like both on facebook.
I have already been considering TJed. My kids are 4 and 6 and is love to set up a mentoring relationship right from the start of our schooling so they can really grow as self directed learners.
I have liked “Thomas Jefferson Education”:)
I liked simple homeschool and TJed on Facebook (both a long time ago but it still
Counts!)
I have liked (and loved) Simple Homeschool..:)
My kids are 4, 3, and 1. We are just at the beginning of our home school journey and the TJed resources look like they’d be super helpful in laying a good foundation for us.
Hi Jamie,
My children are 9,8,6, and 4 years old.
The sheer number of resources appeals to me about this package! I incline to TJEd and love your site. My daughter is also transitioning phases so it would be nice to read about it. Mostly, the education that is also offered for parents is lovely. Option 2 – love having a book in my hands.
My kids are 5 1/2 (we’re in the middle of kindergarten now) and 17 months. I am so intrigued by this program after researching some of it! Part of our goal of homeschooling is not just learning to read and write (and everything else) but to raise up independent leaders who can make a difference in this world!
I liked both on facebook 🙂

My daughter is seven, but only for ten more days! We will be starting third grade at home in a few weeks. I would love to win The Simple Homeschool Bundle because I believe there’s always room for improvement and I know this is a great resource for us. Good luck everyone, and thank you Jamie!
My kids are 9,7,5,3. And I think using this curriculum would enhance their learning!
Hi!
My kiddos are ages 7 and 8. I think this is an awesome way to sneak in different facts and experiments into your day! This would be a great addition to our eclectic homeschooling style. It would mix things up for us and give my kids a wider span of info than our normal
Curriculum. Plus takes the guess work out of it for mom, and who doesn’t love that??! Hahaha
My son loves to learn about Amercian history (even though we are Canadian). I appreciate that you re sensitive to each child’s learning style. That is the art of homeschooling:)
My kids are 9 and 4. I like the comprehensiveness of the package and thorough approach to composition of the material.
9,7,5
I just joined a commonwealth school this year and the bundle would help me as I continue learning and growing in TJed
I work as a home school Sate Evaluator, and my kids include my own children (4), and grandchildren (5) as well as the Community Children of Home Schooled,d which are between 30-55 kids or groups. This resource would be very useful as often my homeschooling do not have money for materials and I have established a lending library for short term use, and we rotate the use of the materials. So to have this exhaustive resource s part of our curriculum would be a gem for us as it would add excellent resources to the library as well as encourage the parents that can afford to purchase curriculum materials. Please consider us as we endeavor to support learning for all rich or poor! Thanks!
My children are 10 & 13. This package is appealing to me because I like the TJEd approach of inspire not require and we love history!
My kids are 9 and soon to be 11 and this offer is appealing because I imagine it to feel like a shot of adrenaline, a refreshing ocean breeze or maybe a 40 oz. mocha latte depending on the day.
My children are 15, 14, 11, 9, 3, and 1. This giveaway looks great! Especially the subscriptions and the homeschooling for dad’s package! 🙂
Our boys are 8 and 9 and we love the Today in History.
My kids are 16, 11 and 7. I am really intrigued by TJed as my goal is to raise children who have a lifelong love for learning. This Week in History looks like an amazing resource and a great place to begin! Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I’ve always loved many of the ideas in TJEd and have most what’s in the homeschool bundle. My kids are 8, 5, and 3 and I would love the mentoring in the classics and day in history. I LOVE history and lit. I may use these more than my kids ;).

And, I like both on FB! 🙂
My homeschool age kids are 18,15,12,9 and 6 and I would love to learn and read more about Thomas Jefferson education. Thank you!
My kids are 8, 7, 4, 4, 2, and 3 months and I would love both options, but since I already have a lot of the TJED books I would go with option #1. The week in history sounds awesome!
I liked both Facebook pages!
My kids are 5, 3 and 8 months. My oldest is an extremely asynchronous learner and I’m struggling to find history for him. He also prefers for everything to be experienced instead of just read so this sounds like it could be a good fit!!
Also liked on Facebook!
My children are 7 & 2. I think tjed sounds like the perfect fit for my family.
I haven’t started officially homeschooling my 4 year old daughter, but tjed sounds like education I would like to start with.
We have a 5 and 2 year old. We are starting our homeschool journey this fall with kindergarten and would love this bundle to help educate myself on the TJED method. I love the sound of inspire not require. This would give me resources to learn from without the time and money ( both in short supply right now) of pulling it together myself!
My kids are 7, 9, 11, and 13. We would love option 1. We begin every day with reading, and I would love to tie in history!
My kids are 9, 7, 3 and one on the way. This curriculum is new to me, but looks great! We love history in our house, especially when is brought to life. The Dad’s package would be awesome, too!
You’re both “liked” on FB!
My kiddos are 14, 15 and 19. I would love to learn more about mentoring in the classics!
My kids are 5, 8 and 10 and option 1 appeals to me, because I love This Week in History.
Our kiddo is elementary school age, but I love how this package can be adapted to ANY homeschooling style/method. The Dad’s package is ingenious too!
I have an 8, 6 and 3. We love TJ Ed in our house!
We’ve got a 7 and 9 y.o. I just started reading A Thomas Jefferson Education and I’m captivated.

My kids are 11 and 9. I just read “A Thimas Jefferson Education” last month and was very inspired by the discussion of teachers as mentors. I’d love to explore this further!
My kiddos are 14, 12 and 9. I would love to try out the “This Week in History” component of this package.
I liked both pages on FB!
My kiddos are 11 and 14. I have been interested in trying the TJE approach. I’m fairly new to homeschooling and having something to guide us once in a while would help me feel supported and on track when things get challenging. My older one is going to a local high school this year, and I think this would help us connect her to our homeschool by having a topic to discuss with both kids.
I have three left at home, all under 12. I’d love this week in history and the MIC archive.
My child is 15 and this curriculum has always interested me, but it didn’t fit in our budget. It sounds wonderful. I would love option 2. I also liked on Facebook. Thank you!
I have three sons; 8, 6, and 2 🙂
Though I love all the aspects of this program, looking at our children and really teaching to them right where they are at so that it is engaging to them, I really like the Dad’s bundle! We just moved and Dad is busier then ever at his new job. I think this would be way to engage him with what we are learning and help the boys feel more like Dad is engaged with them too!
My little ones are 3, 6, 8, 10
We love to read and learn and TJEd really appeals as a chance to learn in way that ‘inspires not requires’
Thank you!
My son is 9 and the today in history really caught my eye.

My kids are 9, 6, 4, and 2, and the books appeal to me. Would love to read them.
My girls are both 8. As a fellow TJEd user I know the values of these prizes. I’m currently doing the seven keys and have found all of the writings of Oliver & Rachell DeMill to be priceless. I have always wanted to do TWH and would choose that option if I won. 🙂
My children are ages 13 and 11. I’d love to win the ‘This Day in History’ to add something fun to our day that is also educational. My children love trivia and fun facts and I think they would really enjoy this.
My children are 9,7,4,2 and 3months. This is our first year to homeschool but I have been eyeing the TJE website and products for over a year. I have always believed strongly in “vocation,” and the TJE philosophy (and tools) “an education to match your mission” will help me to live out my own vocation and assist my children in finding and flourishing in theirs.
My kids are 9, 7, and 3 and we live in Central Asia. I really like connecting multiple subjects. It helps make them more relevant. I also want to start bringing in some U.S. history as we’ve spent lots of time on ancient civilizations and learning about other countries (loving “Give Your Child the World”!). But my kids don’t know a lot about their own passport country and how all these countries’ stories intersect.
My kids range in age from preschool to junior high. I would love additional support in tailoring each child’s learning to meet his/her gifting and interests.
I have liked both Thomas Jefferson Education and Simple Homeschool on FB.

I have like TJ ED and Simple Homeschool on FB
My kids are 11, 14, and 15. I would love to try the bundle. I keep coming back to TJed when searching for a new plan. Every day my kids begrudgingly do as little school as possible. I am on a constant search for something to inspire them. Something that would help them actually like learning. The grumpy teens every day is tiring and so sad for a mama who loves to read and learn so much. I already like simple homeschool on fb.
My kids are 11, 9, and 2, and I love finding engaging ways to add additional content that they enjoy participating in.
Liked TJED on Facebook, already liked simple homeschool

Our kids are 9, 7, 4, and 1…I love the idea of this week in history!
Our kids are 4 and 6. I’ve had the 7 keys of Thomas Jefferson Education written out and taped to our fridge since I first read about it on Simple Homeschool a couple years ago. They have been so helpful when I find myself getting off track or uninspired. I would love to dive deeper into this philosophy and this would be the perfect way to do so! Thank you Jamie!

I have twin almost 12 yr old boys. And the Thomas Jefferson package appeals to me the most. ????
My kids are 9, 7, and 1 and this would be such an incredible boost to our homeschool!
My kiddo is 6 as of this week and we would love to find a way to do the history and mentoring package in order to help learn about history better and inprove my mentoring for her future.
My kids are 8, 6, 5, and 3. We’ve been homeschooling from the get-go, but I have yet to discover a homeschool philosophy that I almost completely agree with and that works for our family. I would love to read about the TJ education, and the this week in history subscription sounds amazing!
I liked Thomas Jefferson education and Somple Homeschool!
My boys are 11, 10 and 4. We’re doing Charlotte Mason this year so it would go well with it and I really need some more guidance.

We are blessed with 4 children, aged 10, 8, 6, 3. TJed would totally revolutionise our homeschooling, helping us to raise leaders and develop independent learners in our children. We’ll be most grateful if we are given this opportunity.
My kids are 13, 11, and 9. We have been quite eclectic in our homeschooling and TJEd is something I have wanted to explore. Especially as of recently, my boys have become very interested in history and I have been looking for ways to bring it to them without it being so dry.
