Welcome to this weekend’s giveaway, sponsored by Artterro eco-friendly arts and crafts!
About the company:
“Here at Artterro we make Eco Art Kits, and there’s nothing else quite like them on the market.
In 2008, I was shopping for a craft kit for my young sons, and noticed lots of uninspiring projects, cheap materials and wasteful packaging.
I decided to make a high-quality, eco-friendly, engaging art kit so that parents would have a convenient way to bring art into the home and have a great time as a family.”
“With the help of my business partner, Jennifer Conn and the rest of our team in Madison, the Artterro line now includes 12 titles that make it easy to explore needle felting, decoupage, art journaling and more. Each kit is assembled by hand in Wisconsin, and contains beautiful, inspiring materials.
An ideas sheet gives inspiration but never dictates what your final product will look like.
Our mission is to bring creativity into people’s lives by offering fun projects with quality, sustainable materials and provide friends and families a wonderful art experience.
We also love to write about kids and creativity, and the joys and challenges of owning a sustainable business at our blog, and we truly enjoy connecting with our customers online. I hope you enjoy our kits as much as my family does!”

Starting out with the best of intentions (& switching gears along the way)
My girls are 8 and 4, and we do crafts as often as we are inspired to do so. At least once a week, but as often as everyday!! We love crafts!
My children are 8,7,4,1. They do crafty things everyday. They have access to the materials, and I provide books/mag pages with inspiration. I also provide help and suggestions. Thanks for the giveaway!
I liked both on fb also! Thanks!
My boys are three and eight and I don’t do nearly enough art with them. The eight year old tends to give up immediately if it doesn’t look perfect or as good as mine, and if it something they really want the end product (cardboard knife…tomahawk….powder horn…sense a pattern.
My boys are 9 and 7 and while they do crafts often it may be every day for two weeks then once a week I don’t craft WITH them nearly often enough. I’m making a point of playing with them more not just using their contented play as time to get something done.
I have a 5, 3, and 1 year old. We love to do “projects” about 3 times a week, then display the work throughout our home. I am learning to be more flexible about the mess and remember that we can clean up when we are all done. It’s important for them to be able to go where their creative juices are taking them, without mom hovering, saying “don’take a mess!”
I have a 6 year old and we try to I crafts 3-4 times a week, although its gotten much harder since the baby was born and we’ve been slacking lately!
Our little one is 4 and I try to do something crafty with her at least once a week. Although I want to start doing more crafts on a regular basis.
My children are very nearly 8 and smack dab in the middle 4. We craft together every couple of weeks. My daughter does some sort of art each day, while my son is still busy jumping off of things.
My kids are 6 and 3, and honestly, I almost never craft with them. That said, they have access to l
Oops… Access to lots of art supplies and are always drawing.
My kids are 10 and 7. Now that they are more independent, I don’t craft WITH them nearly enough.
My daughter is 3 and we enjoy just about all of the crafts we try. We do some type of art or craft just about every day.
My son is 5 and we do a craft and/or painting about once a week. 🙂
My children are 4, 2, and 10 months. I’m just now tip-toeing into homeschooling and would love to start doing crafts with them too!

Our children are 8, 6, 3, and 1. We do something hands on and productive almost every day. Some days it is fine arts, some days fashioning things like a bow and arrow from sticks and string. So we craft a lot! We’ve actually never done a kit before!
What a great giveaway! I try to we’ve art into the life of my two year old every day. Now I live both Simple Homeschool and Arterro on facebook…
Facebook extra liking complete!
My children are 10,8 and 5. I try to do a craft with my children 1-2 a week. Especially with my youngest!
That is, I LIKE Simple Homeschool and Arterro now on facebook!
My kids are 7 and 5. We probably do something crafty 4-5 days a week. I love these kits!!
I have a 1 yr daughter, 3 yr son, and. 6yr daughter. We need to do more crafts for sure, and I’m searching for a good way to do that, currently we only do crafts occasionally.
I have a 2 1/2 and 5 year old. My daughter loves art/crafts, we do something 1-3 times a week, though I am not very crafty, so my projects are fairly simple and she can do so much more.
Kiddos are 5,6,7, and 10 and 12,13,14, and 16. I’m so not kidding. The youngers and the olders craft All.The.Time. These kits are right up our alley.
