Block Party Giveaway: The Vintage Pearl

//  by Jamie C. Martin

This giveaway is now closed. Check back on July 4th for the winner!

Welcome to the Simple Living Media Summer Block Party! We’ve got 20 giveaways across the entire network this week to give you plenty of chances to win!

So let’s get started with a fabulous prize from The Vintage Pearl, a family-owned company handcrafting beautiful jewelry.

The Vintage Pearl was started by mother of four Erin Edwards. She and her husband Ryan create unique handstamped necklaces, bracelets, and keepsakes using sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and birthstone crystals. Their creations are truly amazing and beautiful.

From The Vintage Pearl website:

“The Vintage Pearl began in 2007 as a creative outlet while staying home and raising our kids. It quickly blossomed into a business and continues to grow. I feel extremely blessed to be able to work while home with my kids!”

I adore this lovely necklace I received from The Vintage Pearl–wearing it throughout my day inspires me and reminds me to have courage in the midst of the small challenges that come my way.

Today Erin is generously offering one reader a $100 gift certificate to The Vintage Pearl!

    I bought some fair trade earring made from the tagua nut back in February. However, I’ve been lusting after vintage pearl’s necklaces for some time as a gift for my sister!

    It’s been a LONG time. I think the last really nice piece of jewelry I received was the birthstone rings I got when my boys were born (2.5 and 3.5 years ago)! These are beautiful.

    Haha! I think the last time I received a “new” piece of jewelry was over 5 years ago, on my honeymoon. We missed our flight to get on our cruise, and ended up staying with my husband’s grandma’s cousin overnight. We got in very late, and then had to wait in a long line to fill out paperwork for our luggage the airline had lost. By around midnight, we were finally ready to leave and our dear host and hostess took us to their home. The next day, they had to prepare to a party they were throwing, but took the time to cook us a huge lunch and then to the mall to get some more clothes. At some point, our host gave me a very large fake diamond ring.
    It was so kind of him, and nice to have something that was okay to lose, while we were gallivanting about the Caribbean!

    Wow! These are beautiful! I actually received a lovely pink plastic ring on Sunday from my three year old prince. He told me, he got it just for me and was slightly disappointed that it only fits on my pinkie instead of my ring finger (as he is in the marrying mama someday phase right now). I love it but it would be lovely to get a piece of jewlery this stunning and adult friendly : ) Thanks for the chance.

    Blessings,
    Amy
