It’s been ages since I’ve read a book about parenting/discipline. But I woke up last week with this title impressed on my mind and a feeling that I just HAD to read it.

So glad I followed that nudge because Kim’s gentle, simple, yet consistent approach is totally speaking to my soul! If you’re a fan of Simplicity Parenting, you must take a look.

In spite of my constant efforts, my daughter was never an avid reader–UNTIL we discovered this series. Something about this family of 5 girls in New York City in the early 1900s completely captivated her and she has nearly finished all five titles!

If you’re looking for a good read for your tween daughters (or sons!) check them out. Recommended for ages 9+.
